Make your door a work of art

The handle was a detail. We make it a sculpture. The first thing you touch, the last thing you forget.

On touch
A handle is the only part of architecture a house asks you to touch. Everything else is looked at.

The workshop

Where each piece is conceived,
then drawn, deburred and signed

Every O DOORSEY door handle begins as a drawing in Willenhall, England, section, radius and drop settled before any steel is cut. Each designer lever is then turned, fettled by hand, dressed in stitched leather and signed on the rose. It is the slow, unseen half of luxury door hardware, and the half that makes each piece its own.

Luxury door handles,
drawn in England

O DOORSEY draws luxury door handles as collection pieces, for houses where every line has been considered. Each luxury door handle is a lever on rose in solid black steel or dark grey steel, with black or brown leather where the hand rests, a concealed threaded spindle, no visible fixing, nothing that competes with the architecture. Four luxury door handle finishes in brass, chrome and gunmetal complete the collection. Few pieces, made slowly, for those who recognise them.

Fourteen luxury designer door handles, each named for an inventor or manufactory of the lock trade, drawn in Willenhall, England, the historic lock capital of the world. They are chosen by architects and interior designers who share a certain vision of the house: restraint over display, proportion over ornament. Private houses, villas and boutique hotels in Paris, London, New York, Casablanca, Dubai and Shanghai.
