01How long does an order take?
Every piece is made to order in Willenhall, England. Allow six to eight weeks from confirmation, a little longer for leather in a colour outside the house range.
02Is delivery included?
Yes. Insured delivery is complimentary worldwide, to your address or to one of our eight houses.
03When am I charged?
Payment is taken when the pieces leave the workshop, not on the day you place the order.
04Which finishes are available?
Black steel, dark grey steel, and leather in black or brown. Each lever is offered in every finish.
05Can I hold a piece before choosing?
Book a private appointment in one of our eight houses, or ask an advisor for samples, they ship within a week.
06Will the handles fit my doors?
Levers fix on a rose with a concealed, threaded spindle. Send us your door schedule and we confirm spindle length and centres for each door.
07How do I care for the leather?
Leather warms and darkens where the hand rests; that is intended. The house renews leather grips on request.
08I am an architect or retailer, can I work with you?
Yes. Our advisors support specification from concept drawings to confirmed schedules, and trade partners can request access to the reseller area.
